College Selection and NCAA Docs From Freshman to Senior year, there are forms to complete and places to register. Do you know where to start? We will help you make sure that every year you are submitting the right docs to be approved by the NCAA. Picked a college yet? Our customized searches help find schools that fit your athletic and academic goals. And not through a form that you fill out. You will have real conversations with our team that has over 60 years of experience working with college athletes.	Evaluations Every year you will receive at least one on field (training session or in-game) evaluation using the guidelines that are necessary to play at the college level, or even specific to desired schools. Are you ready for the best part? As we continue to support the women's game we are working in collaboration with local NWSL and College athletes. Depending on availability an NWSL or Local College player will be your evaluator. AWESOME!	Personal Growth Services Having an understanding of Nutrition, Chiropractic and Psychological aspects is an invaluable benefit during development. We are working with an incredible group of professionals with years of experience in a variety of areas to expand your off field development. Every month there will be a new virtual/online seminar covering nutritional aspects, chiropractic care, injury prevention and mental/ psychological preparedness.
College Coach Communication EVERY impression counts. We will help you understand the best ways and scenarios to contact college coaches and even work with you on how to communicate with them. It's important to understand when to reach out relevant to tournaments, upcoming events, visits and everything coaches may attend. And you should prioritize following up to leave a positive lasting impression.	Big Sisters Program Every Coach in the world, and each member of our team wants to connect with the players. But sometimes teenagers, want to talk to others that are closer in age and been through this whole process. Our Big Sisters know what it's like to balance soccer, school, a social life and everything else a teen has to deal with. So we have built a program around that invaluable aspect of navigating this process. Use as a resource...and make a friend along the way.	TECHNE Collaboration Our team couldn't be more excited about the collaboration with the Techne Futbol Team and the innovative and inspirational leadership of former USWMNT team player and NWSL Players Association President, Yael Averbuch . TECHNE is a one-of-a-kind resource for players and coaches, developed by Yael and her team. All of our members will get a subscription with Techne for the duration of their involvement with the program.
Tactical and Game Review A Coach will take a smart player over a talented player 9 times out of 10. Watching and analyzing high level matches is a crucial aspect of player development. Whether it's using your own game tape, or analyzing college or pro matches online, our staff will give you what to look for and what/how to implement when you are playing. US players don't watch enough soccer, and often miss out on a key aspect of mental development. We are looking to change that.	Social Media Monitoring While we know each of you are upstanding and moral members of society, let's make sure that your Social Media exemplifies that. We understand that kids will be kids, and we never want to rob you of the enjoyment during your high school years, understand that everything you put online WILL end up being seen at some point. College coaches care just as much about a players integrity and personality, as they do their play on the field. Together, let's make sure you are showing that.	Education Guidance Can you get a jump on the competition taking college level classes? Are your grades on par with the school of your dreams? Have you maximized your SAT/ACT Prep? We can help you understand the standards that are needed to play at the schools that appeal to you.
Individual highlight videos While highlight video websites are a dime a dozen, we still made a point of finding some of the best in the country at producing recruitment videos. COVID has thrown a big wrench in the plans for the upcoming year, and highlight videos will most likely find a personal place in the process. We can help guide, edit or create a video to help you showcase your strengths in a way that appeals to college coaches.	Personal Training We are working with some of the best trainers in the country. Based on our evaluations we can build a personalized training program to maximize development. Once you reach high school EVERY game from here on out will be against players of different ages, that are bigger, stronger and faster than you have played against before. How you prepare and what you do "when no one is watching" can be a difference maker for you getting that edge over the competition.	Best ELEVEN Our Best ELEVEN featured player section highlights individuals that go above and beyond, by making a difference off the field. Every member will have a detailed player profile that can be viewed by college coaches. Based on how interactive you are on our site, in your community, at school, with in our extra programming, we will feature our Best ELEVEN players based on criteria that has nothing to do with soccer. The goal...producing good people while producing good players.
